Our youth training plan puts a heavy focus on athletic movement, body weight strength training, speed, agility and lateral speed. Once a week all athletes participating in RISING STARS FLAG will have a strength, speed and agility skills practice. Our focus is to build a strong foundation of skills that will not only help with game time development but also to sustain a healthier lifestyle. Skills training sessions will be instructed by former Indianapolis Colts captain Melvin Bullitt!
